The statue depicts A Fireman in motion. He is equipped with breathing a apparatus strapped to his back and the mask in his left hand. The statue was washed using non-ionic detergent.  Surface corrosion was minimized using Biox and soft brass brushes.  An applications of conservator’s hot wax treatment was administered, cooled and buffed.  A cold conservators wax applied and hand buffed.
